Jason is a Landscape Architect with more than 30 years experience, having worked in Australia, Japan, Middle East and South-East Asia. This journey throughout the world has developed a knowledge and respect of cultures, landscape environments and a city’s identity.
Jason has gained expertise in creating iconic public places within the framework of a city master plan. Passionate about the practice of design, his focus is to integrate a city within the landscape and not the landscape into the city.
Significant projects include a waterfront under the Sydney Harbour Bridge looking at the iconic Opera House, a new destination zoo in Saigon, an event landscape such as Sydney Olympic Parklands, a island nature reserve and tourist landmark in Abu Dhabi, new eco park within Jakarta city limits, River of Life- Precinct 7, Malaysia and River of Life Master Plan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The goal of River of Life is to transform the rivers into a vibrant and thriving waterfront by 2020. Originally a competition meant to invite original ideas with excellent designs in planning, the winning master plan on which ZED directors and staff contributed to all phases from design through to construction management is being used to create an iconic waterfront development for the city.
